Mr. Perez and everyone involved (3 employees total) were very professional and courteous with us. Mr. Perez sat in my vehicle and went over all of the accessories (options) of the vehicle. I could have read the manual, but he sat in my vehicle and reviewed everything and made sure that before I left the premises, I understood all of all of the buttons in my vehicle. The ONSTAR option is awesome.     As a start, thank you for a wonderful "car shopping and purchasing" experience!  It's hard for me to believe, in this day and time, that purchasing a car, sight unseen, could be as pleasurable and as painless as our experience was with you and your colleagues.  You said that you would go the extra mile (and maybe more) to help us get the exact car that we wanted (a black 4WD 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe with low mileage).  You did that and more! Not only did you exceed our expectations but, knowing the condition of my health at this time, you actually had the car delivered from Georgia to our front door in Florida.  Your driver, Rudy Sasser, was a 'class-act' and patiently took all the time we needed to explain the car, and its many features, to both my wife and to me.  Last Wednesday, 4/22/2009, you spent a lot of time with us searching the Internet until you found the exact car that met our requirements.  You finally found it in New Jersey and got it for us.  We thank you for your efforts and for doing what you said you would do.  That is a rarity today.  It's so nice to deal with a person who follows through and does what he says he will do.
