Tracy and Robert are wonderful

It took seven hours to replace a running board motor!!! No way that can be right. My service Rep left early that day. Someone else checked me out when I got to the dealership. In seven hours, at no time did anyone call me, It was me calling them each time. I had an 8:30 appt for a 3 to 4 hour job, and I got my truck back at 4pm. My first call to them was at 1pm. Personally, I believe my truck was not serviced until I called at 1pm. If my service rep left early, I should have been called before he left and given an estimated completion time and who was taking over as my rep!!

Tracy managed to get my vehicle serviced even though I showed up on the wrong date for my scheduled service. As usual , Tracy makes things happen!

Your Service Manager Traci is top notch. She informs and schedules my services and includes a best guest estimate of charges. This allows me to plan financially for the services to keep my vehicle in the best shape possible for the road. Her kindness and professionalism is appreciated by this satisfied customer.

Bennett Chevrolet took care of my servicing needs of changing my oil and filter. They also rotated my tires and checked fluid levels.

Mrs Tracy was great as usual getting my truck in and out for my oil change.
