Tracy and her staff always go above and beyond for me! I was so nervous leaving the people I worked with in Connecticut, to now having to actually bringing my car in, especially to a new place. Over the last year I have been nothing but satisfied with the service I receive. Thank you for everything yall do!

Very helpful,and was able to get me in something I like

It was great. The only problem I have is the scheduling. If we have the option to schedule online then that should be honored. The online scheduling needs to be better communicated to the service department so that customers aren't inconvenienced upon arrival thinking they have an appointment, but don't because it was never communicated to the service department. All in all though the service was great though.

Friendly and helpful service

I had a Tuesday apt to find out why my AC wasn't working. Third time AC has gone out. By late thurs I still didn't know. Which is okay if they were keeping me posted. But when we drove there to check on it, it was in the parking lot. We were informed another vehicle was assigned to technician since it had been there 3 months and the parys for it just came in. Again, keep us informed. By the end of the next week they found the leak and part was ordered. The part came in a day but by then it was the weekend. It was another week before it was fixed. AC works great but the piece around my steering wheel appears broke/missing. I was advised it is no longer available and part manager is out until the next week and they may have to get one fron a junk yard. All I got to say it better not look used because my car dash did not have scratches or broken parts when I dropped it off. I take my vehicles to dealers to prevent stuff like this from happening. We also By 80% of our vehicles from here. I am waiting not so patiently for this to be resolved Grrrrr...
